The Kinabalu Series - A Spiritual Journey

Here, standing at Low's Peak atop Mount Kinabalu, I thought I would never experience anything so emotional, so raw, and so powerful. Thinking back to the experience just pulls at something deep within me. When I reached the top before the sunrise, it was still dark that looking down, I could see a trail of flashlight bearing climbers snaking up the rock. I found the highest perch amongst other climbers as we watched the sun come up.

I'm currently editing my photos from my 2009 Kinabalu ascent, and will have the album completed as soon as possible!
